This is an example of a magazine cover featuring the artist who's song i am using for my music video. I have to create a magazine cover of my artist and I think i will be inspired by this due to the fact I believe she has portrayed the Indie Pop genre very well.The Medium Close Up used on this magazine gives a feeling that she doesn't care and is quite rebellious which we can also see from the violent look on her face. I want to portray this stereotypical 'indie rebel' in the magazine and the video and will do this by using generic codes and conventions.
